These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MoneyNorthStar ("the Service") during its closed beta. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Closed beta

MoneyNorthStar is currently in a closed, invite-limited beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change or be discontinued at any time, with or without notice. Data loss, downtime, and bugs are more likely during this period — please keep independent backups of anything important (see "Your data" below for exporting).

Not financial, tax, or legal advice

MoneyNorthStar is an informational and organizational dashboard. It does not provide investment, tax, legal, or financial advice, and it will never recommend that you buy, sell, or trade a specific security. Nothing in the Service should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials and two-factor recovery codes confidential.
• Only enter data you have the right to enter (your own accounts, transactions, and holdings).
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.

Your data

You can export a copy of your data at any time from your profile page, and you can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoneyNorthStar and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on information displayed in it.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new version date above, and continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
